Job Description: Counselor: Provide a safe and fun learning environment for students in the Kids Klub program. Be able to adapt to different situations on a daily basis and be willing to learn new things.
Requirements and Qualifications: CPR and First Aid certified, High School Diploma, 18 years or older.
Benefits and Opportunities: Paid position ($8.50), daily exercise playing with all the students, health insurance through CSISD, networking opportunities throughout the CSISD community.
Achievements: I have learned how to work with children of different ages ranging from 5-11. I have had to learn how to explain things in simpler terms to where children can understand them. I have learned planning skills, planning all the different activities that the kids do throughout the weeks. I have learned so much from these students and I hope that I have taught them a few things as well. This has been the most rewarding job/internship I have ever had the privilege of working and I am going to be sad to go at the end of the semester.
